Touch Up Products
Fil-Stik™ Putty Sticks, are semi-hard putty sticks used to fill in nicks and scratches or open corner joints. Can be protected with Tone Finish® aerosols or other coatings. No heat or special tools required, simply rub in and wipe off.

Mohawk Grain Filler is intended to fill pores of open-grained wood, such as oak, walnut and mahogany, and to provide a foundation for other Mohawk products. The resin filler combination has been selected to achieve maximum filling and shortest re-coat interval. Mohawk Grain Filler provides an excellent foundation for laquer and varnish finishes.
Mohawk Blendal® Sticks are used to add or alter color when repairing and touching up wood. This product allows quick color replacement on raw or finished edges and flat surfaces. You can easily blend the colors to accomplish a perfect match. Blendal® Sticks are available in 36 colors.
Stains
Wiping Wood™ Stain is Mohawk’s most popular and easy to use interior stain. Wiping Wood™ Stain is a semi-transparent, pigmented, solvent-based stain for interior surfaces, is non-grain raising and fade resistant. Wiping Wood™ Stain is easy to stir, and has a non-settling formula requiring only 30 minutes dry time before a lacquer sealer coat can be sprayed. Apply by spray, brush or cloth. Pigmented wiping stains are easier to control because there is less lapping. An ideal uniforming stain when applied over dye stains prior to sealing.
Ultra Penetrating stain is a dye type stain that offers superior transparent qualities. Excellent light fastness. Will not bleed into top coat finishes. Ultra® Penetrating Stain may be brushed, wiped or sprayed directly on wood or mixed in lacquer for toning. Colors may be mixed to create additional shades. Ultra® Penetrating Stain offers the user the best combined characteristics of water, alcohol, or lacquer type dyes.Apply in light coats until desired color is achieved. Each pass will increase the color strength. Ultra® Penetrating Stains may be reduced with Ultra® Penetrating Stain Reducer or Acetone for improved control. We can only ship quarts at this time.
Creamy texture for better control and easier distribution without dripping or running. Apply to surface after using desired stain, then wipe off excess. Glazing can create an aged look.
Aerosols
The Colored Lacquer Enamel is an opaque solid for interior use only. Fast drying, lacquer based enamel. Superior hiding power for producing opaque finishes. Available in an assortment of colors.
E-Z Vinyl® Sealer aerosol is the perfect choice for spot repairs on kitchen cabinetry, furniture or millwork where improved durability, moisture resistance, and adhesion are critical. E-Z Vinyl® Sealer aerosol is a water clear, quick build sealer that is manufactured at 35-degree sheen and is specifically designed for surface preparation under mid to higher sheen finishes. E-Z Vinyl® Sealer aerosol sprays with good atomization and flow and provides a flexible, moisture resistant surface when applied under all MOHAWK aerosol clear topcoats, especially the pre-catalyzed aerosol lacquers.
Perfect Blend is a premium blended nitrocellulose lacquer that displays excellent adhesion over waxed and polished surfaces and areas contaminated with silicone. Perfect Blend™ features a soft spray, low film build, and fine atomization resulting in virtually no overspray, little bounce, excellent flow, and strong ability to blend in with the surrounding surface.
Perfect Blend Waterborne is a premium blended water-based acrylic lacquer featuring fast dry and very low odor that is HAPS free. It displays excellent adhesion over waxed and polished surfaces and areas contaminated with silicone. Water Based Perfect Blend™ features a soft spray, low film build, and fine atomization resulting in virtually no over spray, little bounce, good flow, and a strong ability to blend in with the surrounding surface. Ideal for touch-up use where odor may be an issue, especially restaurants, offices, homes and hotels.
The Tone Finish Toner contains finely ground, non-fading pigments for color repairs that last. Available in a wide variety of wood finishing shades. Used throughout the industry for quick efficient professional touch-up. Adapts to various methods so as to blend in spot repairs. Adjustment of sheen is achieved with a topcoat of clear lacquers available in gloss, satin, flat and dead flat.
The Pre-Catalyzed Clear Lacquer comes in Gloss, Semi-Gloss, Satin, Matte, Flat and Dead Flat finishes. Features excellent flow out for touch-up use. The dry film is very durable and adheres where other finishes will not. The product has been tested and approved for in-factory touch-up on catalyzed finishes
Adhesives & Lubricants
Slideez lubricates wood, metal or plastic. Due to semi-paste consistency, lubrication will last much longer. Drawers, windows and doors work easier with an application of Slideez™ Lubricant. Good for starting wood screws, prevents binding of all moving parts. This product will not stain or cake up, and is non-flammable. Does contain silicone.
lndustrial grade Instant Adhesive for maximum bonding strength. The thin version wicks into tight places where flowing into and under is essential. Medium and Heavy are for semi-smooth surfaces. Gel viscosity is for filling and bonding porous surfaces. Non whitening activator accelerates your curing time. De-bonder removes unwanted and excess glue. Glue any combination of wood, naugahyde, plastic, veneers, cardboard, rubber, ceramics, leather or vinyl. No clamping, instant set. Excellent for repairing wind-shake and pits in white wood.
Epoxy Paste. This product is designed as a general purpose rapid set adhesive. Provides excellent results. Heavy enough to use without sagging or dripping on vertical surfaces. Can be pre-mixed with Blendal Powders to match the finish being repaired. This epoxy adhesive can handle the toughest of projects including badly splintered wooden parts. Can also be used to fill gaps. Two part formula - mixes 1 to 1.
